The new line of BRERA displays for meat maturation is ideal for all types of premises, with compact size and elegant design.
Thanks to the “dry-aging” traditional process it is possible to store the meat cuts in an ambient where temperature, humidity and ventilation are controlled in order to obtain a soft meat with a strong flavor. Furthermore, it helps to limit the bacterial contamination risks during the preservation.
This display unit is equipped with a stainless steel monocoque with an internal condensing unit, this makes it a compact and elegant structure; the pink internal LED lights have been designed to enhance the marbling composition of the meat and to make the cuts attractive for purchase or consumption.
It is possible to choose between the stainless steel perforated shelves and the strong stainless steel tubes with hooks for loins or large meat cuts.
To adapt to different permises, Dry Aging is available in different heights, 135 cm and 210 cm, and with different storage capacity (50 or 70 cm).

The interior lighting system consists of a pink LED light tube, specifics for meat, designed to enhance the marbling composition of the meat making the cuts attractive and enhancing their typical red colour.
On request, the Dry Aging Libraries can be realized in different color finishings (gloss black, matt black, white, coral, gold, etc.)
Supervision Wi-Fi module, to monitor and modify the operation of the equipment or diagnose any problems remotely via the Cloud platform (PC, tablet or smartphone)
